How do I sign up?

It is easy, in the sign up page, provide your company name, email address, and contact number, choose a password of your liking, and you're good to go. On signing up, you get a fully featured 14-days free trial of the product before you subscribe to the plan that suits you or continue using the free plan.

How is booking volume determined?

A booking is any active activity booked for the month. A booking volume report is available in your reports to track your usage.

What are staff accounts?

Staff accounts are logins to your system that you are able to adjust the level of access to be granted. It includes both operational and administration staff logins.

What if I reach my booking volume limit?

You customer will be unable to create any new bookings and your customers will need to contact you directly. In this scenario, you should ideally upgrade, as you would have outgrown your current plan.

Can I cancel my account at any time?

Yes, you can simply cancel your account and you will not be charged again. If you have paid annually then the pro-rata monthly refund will be processed after deducting the annual discount.

What types of payment to you accept?
