How to Set Up Basic Settings

 

1. Access Settings:  

    First, go to the Settings section at the top-right corner of your dashboard. Click on it to open the settings menu.

 

2. General Settings:  

   In the General Settings section, you can configure essential settings, such as:  

   - Basic settings (e.g., academy name, address).   

   - Time and currency settings.  

   - Social settings (e.g., social media links).   

 

3. Management Section:  

    Next, navigate to the Management Section. Here, you can:  

   - Add and manage roles and designations for staff.  

   - Set up amenities, surfaces, and facilities for your academy.

 

4. Billing Section:  

    Scroll down to the Billing Section. In this section, you can:  

   - Click on Tax Settings and configure them based on your country’s tax laws.  

   - Customize invoice details and preview how your invoices will appear.

 

5. Branding Section:  

    Under the Branding Section, you can upload your academy's logo and customize the athlete or parent portal sign-in page with pictures or videos.

 

6. Email Settings and Integrations:  

    Finally, configure your Email Settings and set up any necessary email integrations to ensure smooth communication with clients and staff.
