How to Set Up Schedules and Events

  1. Access Schedules
    Go to the Time Management section and click on Schedules.
    • A page will appear where you can create or update schedules for any venue you’ve added earlier.
    • Select a facility within the venue, choose the term, and then select the program.

  2. Create or Edit Schedules
    • Once on the schedule page, drag and drop sessions or classes for your academy.
    • You can edit any session by clicking on a specific day or time.
    • Add basic details as required directly on the schedule.

  3. All Events
    • Navigate to the All Events section to manage schedules across all venues, coaches, programs, or levels.
    • Use the drag-and-drop feature to organize events.
    • View schedules by month, week, or day for easy tracking.

  4. Attendance and Performance
    • Go to the Register section to review time schedules and attendance for each coach.
    • Select a session to access the attendance page.
    • Mark attendance for athletes or players and add performance remarks if needed.
